Paralegal

Malaya Pietruszka is a paralegal with DeMaria Law Firm, bringing hands-on experience across multiple areas of insurance litigation.

Ms. Pietruszka is a graduate of the Paralegal Studies Program at Fresno City College, where she earned her Certificate of Achievement in Paralegal Studies. While at Fresno City College, Malaya was an active leader within the Fresno City Student Paralegal Association, serving as Vice President. She remains actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Fresno County Legal Professionals Association (FCLPA). Malaya began her legal career as an intake specialist and steadily advanced through roles as a legal secretary to now paralegal.

Malaya has gained a wide range of legal field experience n her career and is focused on the defense of public entities and insurance defense work at DeMaria Law Firm.

Outside of the office, Malaya volunteers with Central Valley Renaissance Faires, where her passion for history and service to the community is on full display.
