Shirley Huang

Shirley Huang is an associate attorney at DeMaria Law Firm. Shirley's practice is dedicated to insurance defense, school defense, employment defense, and public entity defense. Shirley graduated from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law (LL.M., 2018) and she obtained her Bachelor of Law degree (J.D. Equivalent) and Bachelor of Economic and Management from South China Normal University (2011), followed by a Juris Master's Degree from South China University of Technology (2015).

Before joining DeMaria Law Firm, Shirley was a Corporate Counsel for many International Corporations, where she was instrumental in navigating complex legal landscapes, enhancing compliance frameworks, and managing significant litigations and disputes.

Shirley is licensed to practice in the state of California and in the state of New York. She also passed the Bar of China in 2014.
